Abstract
El cosplay es un ejercicio que permite los llamados cosplayer representen diversos personajes de ficción que por lo general provienen de la animación japonesa, estos quienes se encargan de darle vida por un tiempo determinado por medio de trajes, maquillaje y representación performática la cual puede llevarse a otras posibilidades reflexivas sin que se pierda la esencia de las figuras representadas, de este modo se combina la performance artística con el cosplay para reflexionar sobre el racismo que se vive dentro de una comunidad.
Abstract
Cosplay is an exercise that allows the so-called cosplayer to represent various fictional characters that usually come from Japanese animation, these who are in charge of giving it life for a certain time through costumes, makeup and performative representation which can be carried out other reflective possibilities without losing the essence of the figures represented, in this way artistic performance is combined with cosplay to reflect on the racism that exists within a community.
