Abstract
A través de la investigación se identificaron las problemáticas que se presentan en el sistema de bicicletas públicas EnCicla, dando enfoque especial a la poca oferta que hay en el sistema. Mediante la metodología de Diseño Centrado en las Personas se pudo evidenciar diferentes inconformidades que aquejan los usuarios, entre las más destacadas se encuentran, la poca disponibilidad de bicicletas que hay en cada una de las estaciones de EnCicla, el daño o deterioro de muchas de las partes de la bicicleta como lo son los frenos, el sistema de cambios, la campana y el sillín, del cual, el sistema de cambios es el que más inconformidad presenta entre los usuarios del sistema. Por lo que se decide desarrollar el rediseño de la maneta de cambios de las bicicletas de EnCicla, aportando mayor durabilidad a este componente, para mejorar u optimizar el proceso de mantenimiento de las bicicletas, para generar un cambio significativo en el servicio de esta
Abstract
Through the investigation, the problems that are presented in the EnCicla public bicycle system were identified, giving special focus to the little supply that exists in the system. Through the Human Centered Design methodology it was possible to detect different nonconformities that affect users, among the most outstanding are the lack of availability of bicycles in each of the EnCicla stations, the damage or deterioration of many of the parts of the bicycle such as the brakes, the system of changes, the bell and the saddle, of which, the system of changes is the one that more disagreement presents displays between the users of the system.
