dc.descriptionObjective: This study analyzes recent developments in the scientific literature on Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and its influence on employee turnover across various organizations.Design/Methodology: Using advanced bibliometric methods in the fields of management and organizational studies, the analysis was based on data from the Scopus database and employed tools such as VOSviewer, Bibliometrix, and Excel.Findings: Leading countries in GHRM research include China, India, the United States, and the United Kingdom. In 2023, studies focused particularly on Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, and Ghana, with a strong emphasis on the manufacturing and hospitality sectors. Additionally, millennials are showing increasing interest in ghrm practices, contributing to sustainability efforts and lower employee turnover rates.Conclusions: Recent studies in the field provide valuable insights and evidence on how GHRM practices can have a positive effect on employee retention. Also, the results highlight the importance of adopting sustainable Human Resource Management (HRM) approaches to reduce employee turnover, especially in the manufacturing and hospitality industries, while also attracting new generations, including millennials and centennials.Originality: This study contributes valuable knowledge on GHRM and its influence on employee retention, providing a robust foundation for future research in this area.en-US
dc.descriptionObjetivo: este estudio analiza los avances en la literatura científica sobre la gestión verde de recursos humanos (GHRM, por sus siglas en inglés) y su influencia en la rotación de personal en diversas organizaciones.Diseño/metodología: se utilizaron métodos bibliométricos avanzados en el ámbito de la gestión y organización, a partir la base de datos Scopus y de herramientas de análisis como VOSviewer, Bibliometrix y Excel.Resultados: los países líderes en la producción de literatura sobre ghrm incluyen China, India, Estados Unidos y Reino Unido. En 2023, los estudios se centraron especialmente en Malasia, Reino Unido, Pakistán y Ghana, con un enfoque en los sectores manufacturero y hotelero. Asimismo, la generación millennial muestra un interés creciente en las prácticas de GHRM, lo que genera beneficios para la sostenibilidad y la reducción del índice de rotación del personal.Conclusiones: los estudios recientes aportan valiosa información y pruebas sobre cómo las prácticas de GHRM pueden tener un efecto positivo en la retención del personal. Los resultados resaltan la importancia de adoptar enfoques sostenibles en la gestión de recursos humanos para reducir el movimiento de empleados, especialmente en sectores como la industria manufacturera y el sector hotelero, para atraer a las nuevas generaciones como los millennials y/o centennials.Originalidad: este estudio aporta conocimiento valioso sobre GHRM y su influencia en la retención del personal dentro de las organizaciones, proporcionando una base sólida para futuras investigaciones.es-ES
