From Queer Pedagogy To The Visual Arts
Abstract
Con este proyecto de investigación/creación se buscó profundizar en la teoría y estudios Queer a manera de entablar una relación importante con las artes visuales, partiendo desde un enfoque educativo y de creación con el fin de promover la sensibilización y transformación en una sociedad comprendida y estructurada por diferentes factores hegemónicos. Rescatando el poder del vínculo que tiene el arte y lo pedagógico en una estrategia creativa, como método de co-creación y reflexión colectiva.
Abstract
With this research/creation project, we sought to delve into Queer theory and studies in order to establish an important relationship with the visual arts, starting from an educational and creative approach in order to promote awareness and transformation in a society understood and structured by different hegemonic factors. Rescuing the power of the link between art and pedagogy in a creative strategy, as a method of co-creation and collective reflection.
