Abstract
El mérito de este libro es doble. Por un lado, busca inspirar a los profesores de Cálculo Diferencial de la Corporación Universitaria Lasallista y del Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano (ITM) a desarrollar alternativas para la enseñanza y evaluación de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes a través de las TIC, utilizando un modelo cuantitativo basado en Ausubel y Piaget. Los investigadores mostraron cómo los objetos virtuales son herramientas para la optimización de la definición de conceptos, teorías, leyes y su aplicación en la solución de problemas típicos. Por otro, y de manera muy interesante, también ofrece una oportunidad para que los profesores universitarios apoyen el desarrollo científico y social del país a través de la investigación educativa, interdisciplinaria e interinstitucional para promover la apropiación social del conocimiento.
Abstract
This book's merit is twofold. On the one hand, it seeks to inspire Differential Calculus teachers from Corporación Universitaria Lasallista and Institución Universitaria ITM to dare the development of alternatives to the teaching and evaluation of student learning through ICT, using a quantitative model based on Ausubel and Piaget. Researchers showed how virtual objects are tools for the optimization of the definition of concepts, theories, laws and their application in the solution of typical problems. On the other hand, and very interestingly, it also offers an opportunity for university faculty to support the country's scientific and social development through educational, interdisciplinary and inter-institutional research to promote the social appropriation of knowledge.
