Abstract
El presente trabajo se enfoca en las problemáticas que viven los niños con paraplejia parcial que se encuentran en el casco Urbano y corregimientos aledaños a la ciudad de Bello, que por sus bajos recursos y dificultad de traslado generan una inapropiada rehabilitación; estas dificultades alteran motivacional y emocionalmente el desarrollo del infante generando así bloqueos mentales de superación personal; las prácticas de traslados y tráfico vehicular que se vienen generando por parte de las personas de los corregimientos a la ciudad de Medellín crean brechas de tiempo extendidas las cuales crean inconvenientes a la hora del traslado del niño, tomando como bases de investigación que por el tiempo de traslado se genera fatiga fisca y mental, permitiendo así una inadecuado proceso terapéutico y gasto inoficioso de dinero. Para desarrollar y analizar esta problemática es adecuado acercarse a las comunidades que posean niños que sufran la enfermedad conocida como paraplejia parcial, o realizar una investigación y obtener datos a partir de la experiencia recolectada para así proponer una mejor solución a este tipo de comunidad. Se pretende realizar una estructura terapéutica con los principios biomimetico del canguro el cual soporta cargar y fuerza, sus patas posteriores contienen sistemas nivelatorios, este sistema se encargara de generar un apoyo a la hora de implementar la terapia
Abstract
The present work focuses on the problems experienced by children with partial paraplegia found in the urban area and towns adjacent to the city of Bello, which due to their low resources and difficulty of transfer generate an inappropriate rehabilitation; these difficulties motivationally and emotionally alter the development of the infant, thus generating mental blocks for personal improvement; the practices of transfers and vehicular traffic that are being generated by the people of the corregimientos to the city of Medellín create extended time gaps which create inconveniences at the time of the transfer of the child, taking as a basis of investigation that for the time of transfer generates fiscal and mental fatigue, thus allowing an inadequate therapeutic process and inofficious expenditure of money. To develop and analyze this problem it is appropriate to approach communities that have children suffering from the disease known as partial paraplegia, or conduct research and obtain data from the experience collected to propose a better solution to this type of community. It is intended to perform a therapeutic structure with the biomechanical principles of the kangaroo which supports loading and strength, its hind legs contain leveling systems, this system will be responsible for generating support when implementing therapy
