Design of the preventive maintenance plan for the minimum equipment of the GPS Infrastructure consortium
Abstract
En el ámbito de la gestión de infraestructuras, el mantenimiento juega un papel fundamental en la preservación de los activos y en la optimización de su rendimiento. En este contexto, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para los equipos mínimos del Consorcio GPS Infraestructura, con el fin de garantizar su operatividad y prolongar su vida útil. La metodología empleada en este proyecto de grado se basa en el desarrollo de objetivos específicos que permitan diseñar los planes de mantenimiento para los
equipos mínimos del consorcio. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una caracterización y recopilación de información relevante sobre los equipos y su funcionamiento. Además, se realizó un diagnóstico de la gestión administrativa del departamento de mantenimiento, analizando el organigrama, las funciones y responsabilidades de cada cargo. El diseño del plan de mantenimiento preventivo para los equipos mínimos del Consorcio GPS Infraestructura representa un paso importante en la mejora de la gestión de activos de la organización. La implementación de este plan permitirá reducir los tiempos de inactividad de los equipos, prolongar su vida útil y optimizar los costos operativos. Además, el análisis realizado sobre la gestión administrativa del departamento de mantenimiento ofrece oportunidades de mejora que pueden contribuir a una mayor eficiencia y productividad en las operaciones
Abstract
In the field of infrastructure management, maintenance plays a role fundamental in the preservation of assets and in the optimization of their performance. In this context, the present work aims to design a Preventive maintenance plan for the minimum equipment of the GPS Consortium Infrastructure, in order to guarantee its operation and prolong its useful life. The methodology used in this degree project is based on the development of
specific objectives that allow designing maintenance plans for the minimum equipment of the consortium. For this, a characterization and collection of relevant information about equipment and its operation. In addition, a diagnosis of the administrative management of the department was carried out. maintenance, analyzing the organizational chart, functions and responsibilities of each position. The design of the preventive maintenance plan for the minimum equipment of the Consorcio GPS Infraestructura represents an important step in improving the organization asset management. The implementation of this plan will allow reduce equipment downtime, equipment life and optimize operating costs. Furthermore, the analysis carried out on the administrative management of the maintenance department offers opportunities for improvement that can contribute to greater efficiency and productivity in operations
